French Bulldog Coffee Wifi Sweatshirt

Ordered the sweatshirt and when it arrived it was huge - the arms were abnormally large. It's definitely printed on a "bulk cheap sweatshirt" style sweatshirt you'd find at walmart, which is fine, but my issue is the return policy. I couldn't return it without paying the shipping on my own, without reimbursement. I've never experienced this. I loved the design, I just wanted it in my size without hassle or penalty. This isn't the case. You have to pay to return your item and you don't get that money back, even if the sweatshirt is obviously flawed on arrival. The customer service rep was polite and kind but unsympathetic to my frustration with this odd policy. I recommend being pretty sure on the size you want.
