If you need a different size, the quickest and easiest way to exhange it is to place a new order then follow the Return steps below. If you would like us to place the exchange order we would be happy to do that once the returned item is recieved.
Happy Hound Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Just follow the steps below:
- Simply login to your account
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button and fill out the form
- Please mail all returns via USPS to:

Don't have an account? Don't worry. Simply include a copy of your order confirmation or order number and name in with the product you are returning. Let us know if it is a refund or exchange and the reason. Mail it back to us at the above address.
Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, please contact us for an hassle free exchange.
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
